Which power supply??

In my country (Philippines) we have a limited choices of power supply.

Here are the I think the best i can find.
FSP Hexa HE+450 450W
COUGAR SL500 500W
Aerocool VP Pro 500W

I only have a budget of $40 (or Php 2000)

I would appreciate your suggestions and response.

for 65$ u can buy a rosewill capstone G550W and be able to sleep at night.
But from those 3, I did a bit of reading and I think the FSP is the least unreliable..

Corsair VS450 (Php 1690 @ openpinoy).

But personally, depend on the configuration of your PC, you should spend a little more for the Seasonic S12II.

So you better think about a decent quality PSU. When you buy one of those 40$ PSU you are risking all the money you spent on the rest of your build. 500W are going to be enough for you. But buy a decent one. Again, check the PSU Tier list.

Hmmm.. Can´t find any reviews on that model.. But I wouldnt advise Aerocool PSU´s for that matter..

Uh... no that's not going to work now. The R9 270 is a card with 150W TDP and at that level, the VS450 will be bringing its reputation as graphic card killer (I'm also from S.E.A and that is the reputation of the VS series for higher end graphic card where I am) to the front. You'd better go with the Seasonic S12II 520W (Php 2890) or switch to a graphic card with lower TDP.

FD2Raptor is right on this. I wasn´t even thinking on the config after so many answers on a quality PSU. Check what is available on your country inside your budget, compare it to the PSU Tier list. Check if the Seasonic S12II is available there and if it´s not too expensive for you. Or the Rosewill I mentioned before.
