Faulty ram slot?

My computer seems to have issues in displaying BIOS lately.

Yesterday, I was installing my new CPU cooler ( Cryorig H5) to replace my stock cooler. Then when I tried to boot the PC, the motherboards suddenly beep 3 times which is something to do with RAM,so I insert the ram properly ( my ram was not seated properly),and the computer boots normally ( 1 beep sound) but it doesn't show any display.

I tried to change my ram to the first slot ( which is right near the cpu) but for some reason, the computer restart indefinitely ( infinite loop) before it even shows the beep sound. So I tried the second ram slot, but to no avail it shows the same result as the first one.

The third and the fourth ram slot works since the computer boots normally with normal beep sounds, but it won't show any display. Is my ram slot faulty? How do I fix it?

For your information, this problem happened after I installed the new cpu cooler :/

Disconnect the PSU from the wall, remove the CMOS battery for about 10 minutes and then try booting. Replace battery, plug the PSU into the wall and try booting.
Are you using a GPU or onboard graphics?

Bend pins? Are you referring to the cpu?

Sorry for the late reply.I just found out that my cpu socket pins was bent ( at least 6 pins ); I fix the pin it using my credit card and now it shows my bios screen :)
