Whats the best value gpu that's compatible with my pc?

So i was thinking of buying the GTX 1060 but then i thought to myself that there might be a better value Graphics card.

my pc specs:
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z77
CPU: i5 2400 3.1Ghz
Graphics card: MSI GTX 660 ti
Power supply: OCZ Fatal1ty 550W

What would be the best buy for around 200-250$ that has around the same performance as the 1060?
I want to be able to play almost every game at 1080p 60fps

Go for amd rx480 8 gb version and if you can save some more then go for 1060 instead.

Or if u don't care for 6gb vram on 1060 ,you can go for 3 gigs version of 1060 as it is comparatively cheaper.
