Hey, atm my PC currenty doesnt have any fans in the case and i have been using it for nearly 3 years for gaming without any issues. I'm wanting to upgrade it as i have already added an Asus strix gtx 960 2gb but now i am wanting to add a new motherboard and CPU. I am just worried about upgrading the PC and then later on it dying on me due to it frying itself. My GPU runs at around 65 degrees when gaming just using the fans on the GPU. I'm trying to avoid having to buy a new PC as much as possible.

Solution
Yes. On the back of your PC, the mesh area just below the power supply is the install point for a cooling fan. It looks to be either 120mm or 140mm (can't tell for sure, you will need to measure).

If you're trying to avoid buying a new PC as much as possible, then I would think you would do whatever is necessary to protect your current one. That would include adding case fans to your system to aid in keeping your components cool. At a minimum, I would recommend one intake fan and one exhaust fan (depending on your case).

Should of added this to my question, but im not sure if my case actually can add a fan to it. My PC is an ASUS M32bf

Can't tell if there is space for a cooling fan in front, but at the very least, I'd spend a couple of buck to get a rear exhaust 120mm (??) fan to install there. Look on your motherboard for a pin out labeled something like "CHA_FAN". There may be a number at the end. Find out if it's a three pin or four pin pin-out. Then I would highly recommend purchasing a fan to fit that location and matches the pin out.

Hey Wolf, so does it look like it can fit a fan on the back?

Thanks for the reply!

The red square is the install point. The red circles are the screw locations.
