i need help some of you guy's im new to assemble pc and perfectly build my new assemble pc

but there's a problem with it if i install my windows 10 proit keep repeating the installation of the operating system after the 100% Expanding Windows files has done.. i wonder what is the problem cost of it i've tried alot of method but still can't install the OS can anyone help me to figure it out what im missing in the installation

Corsair RM750 80PLUS GOLD 750W
MSI Z170A GAMINGM5 ATX (Skylake)
CoolerMaster 240mm large radiator Nepton
i7 6700k 4.0 Ghz
Corsair DDR4 DOMINATOR PLATINUM 4GBx4kit 2666MHz
120GB Kingston Kingston SSD
2TB Seagate HDD Desktop series

Probably the boot drive was not created correctly or data on it got damaged.

How are you installing the windows are you using flash drive that was created by you or did you buy the windows from retailer or online and got flash drive with it.

If you created it I would recommend to create the bootable flash drive again. If you got from retailer or online then create one bootable drive by downloading setup from Microsoft site and then install it.

i brought a new windows 10 pro CD at online and use usb DVD room to install the Operating system but after the Expanding thing it it will restart and install again from the beginning of installation

The files on CD may be corrupted or damaged. Do you have 8GB pendrive if you have download Windows 10 on some other computer and create a bootable pendrive using it. Here is the link for downloading Windows10. Select the option to create ISO file for other computer. After creating try installing Windows using it. And activate it using the key you got with CD. If you are uncomfortable doing this send back the CD and get it replaced(it will take time).

well i contact a company to purchase a windows 10 pro at https://www.pc-koubou.jp/ and computer shop and repair

no its not corrupted or damaged because i installed it on my other pc and successful installed the OS on it and it works fine
