I have a dell latitude E5410 laptop which was running perfectly. I have done dual boot on my laptop and yesterday when I opend my laptop from sleep mode its keyboard and touchpad stopped working. So I restarted my laptop from power button and found that keyboard and mouse both were still not working. I also found that my Ubuntu OS which is my secondary operating system is not loading and is getting stuck in the loading page.
Please guide me to solve this issue.
