Cheapest motherboard to OC the FX-6300? (and that has SATA 3.0)

Solution
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

This is the budget overclocking motherboard I would recommend for AM3+ CPUs. Supports USB 3.0

Most other boards that cost less are not good for overclocking. They may either lack BIOS features, like LLC, or have 4+1 VRMs with no cooling.

I've built several budget systems with this board and every one of them has been solid. ASUS may also have a good budget board, but I only have experience with their 990FX and Sabertooth boards.

Do you already have a FX-6300 and motherboard?
What will be the main use?
I ask because today, FX is not a good way to go for gaming.
It is very good for multithreaded apps.
If you are going to buy a new motherboard anyway, consider skylake of some sort.

I don't have the FX-6300 yet. I do plan on gaming, is it that bad? I'll admit it wasn't my first choice, but the thing that made me choose it was the fact that Intel's overclockable cpus cost much more than AMD's.

May I suggest you look at the i3-6100 for a mid range gamer.
Here is a review which includes comparisons with FX-8370:

Spoiler, FX-8370 loses.

With FX, you have no good upgrade except to more cores.
But, few games can use more than 2-3 cores so FX-8 is not that useful.
With skylake and even a cheap H110 motherboard you can upgrade to even a I7-6700K.

Now I have no idea what I'm gonna do. I will pick the first answer because he did answer my question, but thanks for the advice, I don't think I'll go with the FX-6300.
