hi friends i have a problem wth my HP 15 r036TU ...I brought my laptop wth windows 8.1 after few mnth i upgraded to w 10.1,the problem started frm there.i started getting few horizontal lines.but 4 months down the line..i had complete screen filledup wth these lines.i even degraded to 8.1 bt the prblem still exists..
one imp thing i noticed i tried changing the resolution it wrked for few days but after tht same problem started,now the condition is like ths..whn the brightness & contrast both are at maximum level it works fine.but the visibility is real bad..more over external connection thru HDMI is wrking fine..i really need help as i feel like im stucked. Thnaks Everyone
