Windows Keyboard is acting weird

I am facing this terrible problem over last few days.It seems my windows key is stuck as some instance, and few keys dont work. its not a hardware issue that i am pretty sure. coz the problem persists even with onsreen keyboard. Please help

Some special KB with extra buttons like for multimedia ? I had a similar case with one like that. Changing language/KB type in windows fixed it.

Na, they are off, however i noticed one thing on connecting it to my laptop. It showed the same problem that persisted with desktop, However on restart the laptop acted normally. Could it be cause of default windows keyboard drivers?
