I'm looking for a Graphics Card under $100, and I've narrowed it down to the r7 360 and the r7 250. All the sites I've looked at either said the 250 was way better or the 360 was way better. Which one would be better?

The R7 360 is the 'better' card of the two, but nowhere near good cards for the money.

What are the specs of the rest of your system? I assume the one in your signature?
If so, the GPU of the A10-7870K is only a little weaker than an R7 250, and an R7 360 isn't going to add any real power to that setup to justify the additional cost.

For <$100 cards, I would look to a 750TI
