Hello, I recently built my own computer and did a clean install of windows 10 from a flashdrive. Everything worked just fine, until I opened device manager. There my graphics card (Gigabyte Geforce GTX 770) Was indicating that it wasnt working due to a code 43 error. I tried everything I could think of: I updated my Nvidia drivers to the most updated version, and then back to a more dated version for my card listed on Gigabyte's website, I updated the bios on my gpu and my motherboard (asus z170 pro gaming), I did a clean install of the new graphics drivers, uninstalled the graphics card and reinstalled it once my computer detected it again, and restarted my computer many times. I'm not sure what to do at this point other than get a copy of windows 7 and see if that fixes compatibility issues. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My build is as follows:

Motherboard: Asus Z170 Pro Gaming

Processor: Intel Core i5-6400 6 MB Skylake Quad-Core 2.7 GHz

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 GDDR5-2GB OC WINDFORCE 3X

PSU: Cooler Master i700 700W

Storage: Adata 120Gb SSD

RAM: G.SKILL NT Series 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400

Thank you

Its working, but whenever I boot up with my monitor hooked up to it the monitor has horizontal pink and purple lines across and everything looks super glitchy. I only get a clear picture when I hook it up directly to the motherboard

I also have the exact problem. Only happened 4-5 days ago. I tried many different things I found on forum including: DDU, updating driver, remount GPU, install win 8.1, win 10 but nothing work. I think it might have been hardware issues. The update might mess up the gpu hardware somehow...
Using gtx 780 with ASUS Z98 Extreme 4 on Win 10 btw.

I have been using my cards for more than 3 years so too bad no warranty. I gave up already and considering buying a new one. It's time to upgrade anyways I guess
