Hello!
So I will shortly be installing a Corsair H80i v2 in my Antec 1100 case and getting that side panel modded so its just a clear panel, minus the dual 120mm intake fan mountings. This would leave me with the two 120mm front intake fans behind the cases fan filters, the two 120mm intake fans after the HD cage, the H80i v2 with dual 120mm push/pull on the rear of the case for exhaust, 200mm exhaust on the top of the case and the 120mm intake behind the motherboard with a aftermarket fan filter installed. Would I still have enough exhaust in my case once I have the push/pull setup from the H80 installed or would you guys recommend making some alterations to some of the other fan configurations to compensate for the H80 and window mod?
Thanks!

What is the H80 intended to cool.
What is your objective?

What is your graphics configuration?

As a rule, liquid cooling screws up case airflow.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.

My general recommendation is to use a positive pressure system which filters all incoming air via front mounted fans with filters.
That keeps your case cleaner. Too much exhaust fan capability screws things up by drawing in unfiltered air from nearby openings.
