im loocking for ssd for my steam my oll hdd is starting to fail so was thinking to buy a ssd cuz i dont need mcuh space and + i have one hdd for movies nad stuf like that and im using amd r7 240gb ssd for windows
i am planign to buy Kingston HyperX Fury 480GB or AMD R3 Series 2,5" 480GB or Samsung 500GB 850 EVO SSD SATA3

The 850 EVO is one of the best SSD's available.

That being said, if you're stepping up from an HDD, even a budget orientated SSD (like an A-DATA SP550 or Crucial MX300) would be a very noticeable improvement, and allow you additional storage capacity (if you really wanted it).

Out of the options you presented, the 850 EVO is the clear cut winner.
