Can I run Rust and Arma with this build?

Not to sure about rust, it is in early access, it should though. I know arma for a fact isn't gonna run on ultra for you. I have fps issues with my set up (i7 3820 4.625Ghz and a r9 390). A 8350 is even worse.(I used both at one point) Its a terribly optimized game. Cs:go should be fine and rocket league
