Audio problem on DELL Inspiron 13 7368

I have a 1-month old DELL Inspiron 13 7368 with Windows 10. Every audio signal is preceded by a loud click, then the sound is heard minus the first second. It seems to me that some software switches off the sound after a minute or less.
It could be DELL Audio or Windows or the audio driver - I don't know. This effect is very unpleasant when the computer is connected to a PA system as it startles the people around to death!
Please help me to avoid this click or automatic turning off of the sound driver or the speaker.

Updating the system with the same driver did not solve my problem. Here in China the Dell service personnel are very unhelpful and reluctant to share any information, so it took me 4 months and complaints to all possible institutions to make them do something about this defect. They changed the main board (it has everything there) but this did not solve the problem, either. Now I work with a USB audio adapter, which solved my problem completely.
