New computer build, monitor flashes.

Hey everyone, I just built a new PC using the parts listed above, and sometimes when I reset my computer, my monitor flashes these black and white lines for a split second at a time (enough to be disruptive). All my drivers are updated and all the plugs are secured. I'm connected to my monitor via displayport, and the flashing STOPS when I unplug and plug the connection back in...

any thoughts?

It's an EVGA 750 watt supernova. The flashing doesn't happen all the time, just when I restart, or wake up from sleep. If I disconnect the displayport cable and plug it back in, it stops.
