My @ symbol doesn't work

I know the title doesn't exactly help my point but here's my problem. For some reason my @ symbol stopped working, the usual keybind for the @ symbol for my keyboard is shift + ' but it just suddenly stopped working. I have temporarily fixed the issue by changing my computer language to US so I can use it by typing shift + 2 but the @ symbol on my keyboard isnt on that key and I would like to fix the problem.

Any solutions would be helpful.

Try the keyboard on another computer and see if the problem is still there. If it is, replace the keyboard or just that key. If it works on any other computer then there is a problem somewhere else on just your computer.

Its not the key as the other function on the key works, its only that @ symbol that doesnt work

Im using that now as a compromise but that isnt my default binding for the @ symbol, its meant to be shift + '
