My card is the xfx Rx 460 4gb(dual dissipation). On the website it says it can but I don't see where the bridge would go. Can it be done?

Some games will work well and you will see significant gains but others will see little gain or will just use one card. I've seen games actually perform worse when crossfire is enabled due to poor driver support. When everything works its good, I recommend you research the benefits and issues with crossfire before buying. There is loads of information on this topic, I'm on my phone so keeping it short.
Just make sure your motherboard supports crossfire and your PSU is strong enough. Although a single stronger card is always better than 2 weaker cards, crossfire and sli have drawbacks which include not all games support it and some that do don't support it very well.

No, ran sli a while back but keep myself up to date on it. As I say the issues are well documented, if your still interested after reading up on it then go for it but do your research first to avoid disappointment.
