front usb 3.0 not working

Hi guys my regular 2.0 ones on the front are working buy not the 3.0 ones for some reason no power at all. I checked the device manager and there are no errors. My tower is Half 932 from coolmaster and my motherboard is Asus Maximus VIII hero

1| The HAF932 has 4x USB2.0 ports so I think I'm missing something here when you speak of front panel USB3.0 ports.
2| Although the board has USB3.0 front panel connectivity headers at your disposal, if they aren't connected to the case's front panel(or lack of a connector therein) then the USB3.0 ports will not see functionality.
3| Can you please pass on the rest of your system's specs inclusive of your OS?
