INTEL CORE i5-6600
MSI H110M PRO VD
KINGSTON HYPER FURY X 2×4GB DDR4 2133MHz
ZOTAC GTX 1060 MINI 3GB GDDR5 192BIT
ADATA SP550 120GB SSD
WESTERN BLUE 2TB HDD 7200RPM
SEASONIC S12-520W
XIGMATEK SPIRIT-M

I just picked a low motherboard since I will not be overclocking, but is it better to buy the unlocked i5 which is the i5-6600k and a new mb or this cpu will just do a great job?

I'll be playing mostly games like World of Warcraft, GTA V, NBA 2K17, LoL, Dota 2 and other MMORPG games.

It seems fine to me. The only thing I would consider, even though just a few years ago i would have said it was unnecessary, is to double your RAM. Most of the games these days are not programmed as efficiently, because they don't necessarily have to be, so larger texture sizes are being used. That takes up a lot of RAM.

You also might consider a PSU with higher wattage. I personally don't go below 750W.
