Failed SSD Mounts in Windows, but Not Initialized and No Partitions

I woke up a couple days ago to find my computer with the dreaded black boot screen displaying "No Boot Device Found". This happened to me a year ago when my 1TB SSD failed, and now my "new" 1TB SSD failed again.

This is a SanDisk Ultra II 960GB SSD. After some unsuccessful attempts to mount the drive on other computers, I threw in a new 500GB SSD and reinstalled Windows 10. I was eventually able to get it to appear in Device Manager and after about 10-15 minutes it appears in Disk Management as a non-initialized disk without any partitions.

I have tried Recuva, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, EaseUS Partition Recovery 8.5, MiniTool Power Data Recovery 7.0, MiniTool Partition Wizard Free, Partition Find and Mount, and TestDisk and only EaseUS Data Recovery is able to scan the disk and find all the lost partitions.

When I try to scan for recoverable files, EaseUS Data Recovery just scans and never gets past 0%. Same with Partition Find and Mount - if I initiate a scan it doesn't get past 0%.

How can I mount and view lost partitions on this SSD and yet not be able to scan for files. Any suggestions about how to recover the partitions or data on this guy?

Since you've tried so many Windows based things without success, I would try a Linux Live USB stick using Mint 32. It is very very easy to create using UNetbootin, a free tool that will download the Mint image and create the stick. Then boot from the stick (it will not write any data to your other drives), mount the problem disk by clicking on in Mint and drag and drop files/folders to another mounted volume.
