Will serve your purpose without a doubt. In fact, you may downgrade your CPU to a i3 6100 for the requirements you've mentioned and use the money thus saved to procure a 120GB SSD.

That is not a good PSU choice. I would recommend an i3, with a faster graphics card too. Gaming, the GPU matters far more.

I agree with Logainofhades. Plenty of decent gaming rigs running that i3 processor but very few running a 750ti. Could even go a 1050ti for $220 and save another $45 if you really wanted to. Would still be a better option than that 750
