how much fps will I get 4:3. And I . I have a GTX 980 4gb. And I5 6600. 16 gb RAM ( CSGO) Lowest settings except high shaders.

4:3 is a screen dimension size. No different than 16:9. What matters is resolution. If your resolution is 1024x768 (pretty standard for 4:3) with a gtx980 your fps will be off the charts at even ultra settings settings. The only real limiting factors will be the games themselves.
