I have a Optiplex 330. I am trying to upgrade it. Don't say get a new PC because everybody says that, but can I have a GTX 750

... you will have some limitations. 1) the location of the PCIe x16 slot means the gfx card has to be single-slot only. 2) Unless you were to remove that black cooling shroud, the card's length may be an issue too. 3) If you have the stock 305W PSU, it will limit you to a low-powered card.
I think this card is narrow enough to clear the pink-colored printer port shown next to the slot in the pic. The card measures ~ 2 /34" wide, but the shroud on the card starts back a ways. So see if that will fit w/o modification.

There are lots of Pentiums. From the earliest generation to the current generation. What is the processor specifics? It should have a model number.

The GTX 750 Ti will run on a good quality 275W Dell PSU, as I am running one now on my Optiplex 790 SFF with the same +12V rails specs as your 305W. (I'm assuming yours is indeed the 305W, since you didn't bother to confirm for me)

It means the E2220 CPU won't be able to keep up with much faster cards. CPU bottleneck. If you spend more money on a fa$ter gfx card, it will never be able to give you full performance because the CPU can't keep up.

There isn't one. The LGA 775 socket is ancient. There have been at least 6 Intel sockets since then. The Intel Core-i processor (of which the i5 and i7 are part of) started with the socket that came after yours.
