I just got the game and have been running v 1.30 / 1.31.
The FPS are TERRIBLE. It's constantly stuttering between 5 and 25 FPS. My setup is as follows:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
Video: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 ACX 4GB
Changing the settings (high/ultra/low) and turning the resolution down doesn't help. I've limited pre-rendered frames in Nvidia Control Panel to 1, set Hairworks to off, tried turning Vsync on and off, no help. At this point I'm out of options and wondering whether I need to upgrade my system. Please help!
