Hi! I'm thinking of how to optimize airflow inside case and fan placement to promote cool temperature. I don't want to buy a new case or a modular psu though. The 80mm exhaust fan(running at 3k RPM) on the left/back of the case is glue gun-ed because I don't have the screws that would fit and the hole is for below 80mm only. Some of my fans are mounted using glue gun or heavy duty sticky pads. Thanks for your advices and tips!

Solution
Buy 2 120mm fans.
1 fan guard 120mm
1 fan filter 120mm
move your cd up one slot.
Remove all three slot covers below the cd drive.
Install one fan with filter in the hole you just created. The fan will be 3/16 too short and 3/4 in too narrow to fill the hole completely. You can cut the slot covers with a dremel or hack saw easily. Hot glue in place.
On the back, remove all PCI slot covers below the video card. Hot glue a 120mm fan from your video card connectors down. Screw or glue the fan guard on.

Aerocool shark fans move a lot of air for the money. 83cfm and they come with extensions.

@Unolocogringo I forgot to mention that the CD Drive is defective and i only use it to carry the excess psu cables.

@USAFRet What do you mean sir that the PSU is wrong? I can't do anything about it though. Any suggestions? Should i open it up then flip the fan over?

$40 in fans and parts. $100 if you need to buy a Dremel.
Blood from misapplied Dremel

or

$40 for a new case with included fans

Generally speaking, the PSU fan should suck in from the outside and blow out the back.
If your case lacks the proper hole to suck from the outside, that is another indicator that you need a new case.
