Hello all, So I am closer than ever to finally building a PC and this is what I settled on.

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/X9QLcc

Note: I also plan a Samsun 750 120GB ssd but forgot to add it in the part picker.

I am in a dilemma whether I should go with the PC MATE motherboard or a MSI Z170M MORTAR so what are your views on this topic? Any suggestions? Anything you would change? Please let me know

Solution
either the Antec HCG or the Corsair RMx. both are good units. The RMx is of course better but the Antec will do fine.

for coolers, I'd go with Noctua. if you can afford it the U12S performs better, depending on how much you want to OC the smaller one I selected will do fine
furthermore when you're at a budget I'd go with a cheaper 1070. I included a good model by EVGA that saves you a few bugs
additonally, ASUS boards come with good quality but are pricey. the cheaper ASUS boards offer little for their price. I'm not too big of a fan of ASRock but I reckon they improved lately and you can get more features for the same price there and will eventually be fine. but of course there's nothing wrong with the ASUS board, it's trusted...
Do you already own the PSU? It's not exactly a good model, so if you don't already have it I'd go with a different model.

Here's a quick couple of changes that wouldn't increase your prices too much, except the added expense of a PSU.

1. I do not own a PSU so I need to get one. All the nearby stores don't have the one you recommended and I am not a fan of shopping online.
Here is a list of PSUs my local store supplies: http://imgur.com/p2UjN4G
Do any of those fulfil the requirements of a "good PSU" and are still in my price range(90$)

2. The motherboard change fits in with my "budget" so that could be changed with no problem.

3. The fan you suggested is also not supplied by local stores so again: http://imgur.com/W5ovF59
Any one that works within the price range of 50$?

10$-15$ price increase is fine.

Thanks for the feedback and I hope I get to hear more from you.
