Recently I've been having issues with my computer getting a blue screen in Windows 10, always the same one: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. Sometimes it happens before I can log in to Windows, sometimes after an hour. The computer never restarts afterwards, I have to manually power off or restart. If I restart, sometimes Windows won't boot and I'll get the prompt to insert bootable media or to change the order in the BIOS. While the computer is running, programs tend to lock up for 10-15 seconds repeatedly. This started happening after one of those creepy Windows 10 updates, but has become worse over time. I went back to a restore point before the update, but it still happens, and this also happens in safe mode. I've run checks for viruses and malware, nothing has come up. I tested my RAM with the Windows utility and found nothing. I can't swap my GPU (Radeon R7 265) because the motherboard doesn't support integrated graphics and I don't have a spare graphics card. I changed to the other PCIEx16 slot, resolved nothing. I've ran HWMonitor and nothing is getting close to high temperature. I built the computer a little less than two years ago and have had no issues up to this point. Does this sound like a mobo issue and/or is there any way to test?

Any help is appreciated.
