I have 240gb ssd already and I already have windows, a monitor, and a dvd drive. I will need everything else. I edit mainly 1080p 60fps videos, with the occasional 4k 30fps video (from gopro). I don't care as much about render times, but best timeline performance is wanted. I use adobe premiere pro, and sometimes after effects. Please help me, because I don't know what parts to use

This would be very fast but expensive. You really don't need this much, you could easily get away with an i5 and a much lower tier gpu for acceleration.

I probably just want 1tb or 2tb. No preference. I won't be gaming at all, not one bit. The videos I edit range from 1 minute to 15 min.
