Hard drive Partitioning Problem

I have a problem with my hard drive when it comes to partitioning. It says that I have 124gb free storage but when I try to partition it, it says that only 450mb of it is healthy. Any ideas on why this is happening?

I believe you will need to provide some more information on the issue you are facing, so other users have a clearer picture on what is going on.

Is this a secondary or a primary drive? (OS one)
Can you provide a screenshot of Disk Management? Just upload the pic to an image hosting website and post the link.

You are aware that you need to back up the data stored on the drive before formatting right?

Well, there are some third party partition management tools. You can try one of those.
Keep in mind that when dealing with partitions, things could go wrong. So, it is always a good idea to have a back up of your data.
