HI can you offer me a good psu for $50-$90 ? aaaand should i go for i7-3770 or change the mobo(which support sli and handle dd3 1600 + sata3)+some i5?
i have
h61-vg3
g2020
12gb ram 1600 (1333 bc cpu)
1T hdd sata3(sata 2 port bc mobo)
gtx950 pc3(use pci2 bc cpu)

Solution
No need for i7 for gaming, get i5 and you will be more than pleased. It is much better than g2020 in any case ;) And not so expensive as i7.
This is all you need for virtually any single-GPU system, excellent quality and durability:

As for your system, it seems like a mixed bag at the moment. I would personally go for the latest i5 with DDR4 if possible. And get 2x8GB for 16 in total. Sell the old one completely, but if you wish you can reuse your old HDD and GTX950.

GTX950 could use an upgrade too, but if you are content with its performance, keep it. Of course, like always, SSD for a system drive would help considerably.

I just bought 2 week ago one 8gb kingston hyperx fury blue ddr3 1600 cl10(i had 6 (4+2 ,now 4+8)) and i think 12 gb is enough for a game, and a almost a mounth ago i bought the Asus GeForce GTX 950 Strix DirectCU Ii Oc 2GB DDR5‎ bc the price was cool enough to buy it(i had gt630(now the gt630+2gb is in brother i gave him for $50)), an ssd doesnt dont have priority at now, the mobo socket is 1155 so max 3th gen cpu as i wrote the i7-3770 is the max what i can buy just its fkn expensive for me xD

Why not. i5 in any socket is an excellent CPU and won't hold you back in virtually any game today. If you really like the idea of swapping mobos, then it should be either the latest i5 + DDR4 (high cost) or nothing - as it is simply not worth it to change mobo over sata 3 ports. You won't see any improvement in real life situations, even with latest SSDs (which you do not even use at the moment, judging from system specs).
