if you have any kinda review, it would be helpful. and should i wait for any new product before eve, or i should go with this

Solution
I made 2 changes, first I dumped the CPU cooler. You don't need it, the stock one that comes with the CPU works fine and is actually decently quiet. Second I added an SSD for your operating system, it makes a noticeable difference in performance:

Last thing is, Windows 7. Why? You have a 1060 GPU but won't be able to take full advantage of it without DirectX12 which you can only use in Windows 10.

Solution
Excelent build. I like it alot except:
- get an SSD. a current sweetspot is the Crucial MX300 275GB
- get Windows 10. Whatever reasons you may have for clinging on to 7 are made mute by the fact that DX12 is W10 exclusive, so you don't really have a choice ;)

Get an SSD aswell. Either teh Crucial i mentioned or teh Samsung Rogueleadear linked. It's a must, especially for such a good build. And yes, you can renounce teh CPU cooler like said above in order to get it.

if you need to cut the budget , unless youre going to be doing editing of some sort, you could save some money without losing much gaming performance at all by dropping to an i5 6500 or 6600 (non k). That could help you eat the cost of the SSD (great advice that they gave you about this!), or use it towards grabbing a gtx 1070 if you wanted.

other than that, looks like good advice everyone gave!

so i read the articles about dx11 and 12. its little unfortunate that dx12 cannot be used on win7. but, win10 is less precise than win7 for its dx11 usage. A win7 utilizes cpu cores much effectively than win10.

see this link of win10 dx11 vs win7 dx11 :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DT7egYMyMaQ
win10 doesn't know how to utilize the cpu core effectively.

dx 12 fps is less than dx11.
see this link at 2:25 :- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sc018BUJ44s

so, should i still opt of win10?

How on earth would a 7 years old OS run 2015 hardware better than a 2015 OS? Think for yourself. The internet is full of crap peddled by idiots.
