Windows 10 not Passing the boot screen logo

I am Having Trouble abut boot screen.it got stuck at he logo and the white dot circles are also not appearing sometimes it automatically shows the "Preeparing Automatic Repair"and the dots are stilll not appearing. The Logo is also Stuck and Its like a infinte loop. Any Solutions PLz

if you have a copy of windows 10 on a USB or DVD you can boot to that to get to the repair option to perform a startup repair or system restore. if not then you will have to get access to another computer to make a windows 10 install disk so you can get into the windows to troubleshooting menu

you can make one by using the media creation tool you can download free from the Microsoft website

Well I have Upgraded It so i dont have a media or any Disc of the windows 10 installer . I want to ask you if i can repair windows 10 using windows 7 installing Disc. PLZ tell me as fast as possible..
