And yes that GPU would work well.
Normally going from a small form to bigger case is easy to do. So, can you provide more about the mobo? Everything can move to that other case but gotta make sure that the mobo standoffs will match with the new case. Standoffs are the things that extend out from the case so the mobo can be placed through them. Check this...if the mobo size is industry standard size than you can transfer to a new and better case.

No.

While changing the motherboard is good (as the HP motherboard will not properly fit, but your Gigabyte will), the Power supply and DVD drive from your HP will not mount in the new case.

The only parts form the HP you can re-use are the Processor, Memory, and hard drives.

You need to add a new Power supply and DVD drive to your build.

The Shave-HSW motherboard fits the Thermaltake V3 Black Edition VL80001W2Z Black SECC / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
•Form factor: uATX - 19.3x18.0 cm (7.6x7.1 in)

Retail boxed motherboards and bare retail PC cases don't use the HP front panel connector.

Are there any bundles for the PSU and Motherboard that you would recommend. That doesn't cost a lot of money. Also one that i can use some of my current parts on.

Actually the motherboard you mentioned ( gigabyte P55 UD6 ) would not work with your processor. Its an LGA1156 board, you have an LGA 1150 processor.

This right here is everything you need. Motherboard, case, PSU, and DVD drive

You don't need it, I included it because the one in your system will not carry over. But you can drop it.

As for Graphics card any of the top new ones I would use with that processor would work. RX 480, GTX 1060. I wouldn't go any faster with the processor you have.

So can i use anything under the Rx 480 and 1060 too? Like a 750ti

Yes you could. IMO the 750ti is a waste, I would get the RX 460. Nearly the same price but much faster.
