My current build is:

i3-2120
ECS H67H2-M3
2x4gb ram
Zotac GTX 760 AMP! 2gb
1.5 TB hdd
Corsair VS 450 (Its 2 years old already)

My PC sometimes won't boot. Sometimes it boots then restarts randomly even at idle or sometimes even after POST. I removed the gpu then it runs fine now. I am looking for a quick upgrade on my psu since my current PSU can't handle Zotac gtx 760 AMP.

Is Seasonic ECO 500W ok?

Solution
Yes. Seasonic makes good units and they can be trusted. The GTX 760 doesn't have a huge power draw so your system will pull around 350w. The 500w unit will leave you some headroom for upgrades..
