I just wanna check if my CPU is still functioning or if i have to buy a new one...
After i started my PC there was no signal on my monitor. so i checked the graphics card. then i noticed that my cpu led was on.
First: I have no spare parts ( no second cpu or ram)
I checked if one of the ram slots are not working, still red light. No broken pins on the CPU.
Tried to flash by BIOS over USB but not even the check LED went on. I tried clearin CMOS with 2 methods: One with chaning the battery with 10cents and wait and put together two pins with metal and wait (because i have no jumper). Dont know if it worked or not.
The BIOS is on the newest version (had to update it at some point).

MB: M5A99X EVO R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8350
RAM: 2x4 Vengeance 1600
GC: GeForce 770
and a wifi card (idc if it helps)
PSU: Bequit 650 (i think)

Solution
Two options:
1) Buy the new AM3+ MB.
2) If you have the budget ( intel cpu+MB, maybe DDR4 RAM), and don't mind AMD or intel, then may consider to whole new intel PC, also may sell the fx8350.
Also keep in mind, you may or may not need the new OS for the new MB, because it depends on which Windows you had.

okay i just got a spare cpu ( amd athlon II). the cpu light still red. new motherboard it is( i dont think my n68s3+ works :p). Is it better to upgrade to Intel Skylake with DDR4 ram or should i still stay on my FX 8350. I have problems with my cooling and i heard intel is much more cooler. If i sell my DDR3 and CPU i still should get some money right?

If you have the budget, you are better to upgrade to intel skylake, it is newer and better. If you don't have the budget, just buy the new AM3+ MB.
If you can sell the ddr3 RAM + fx 8350, then you can use the money to upgrade the PC to intel, which is much easy to cool, eg. the i3 or i5.
