Okay guys I know I'm about to be beating a dead horse but I really don't want to mess this up. I have a GTX 950 waiting on me when I get home today. So when I get home what is the first thing I do to install it? I currently have Intel integrated graphics. Do I uninstall the divers for that then install the card and then install the new drivers? I'm just worried I'll uninstall my current graphics drivers and not be able see my screen!

Solution
Go into your BIOS and see if it has an option to select the graphics card as the primary boot device. Then power down the PC and unplug the PSU. Insert the graphics card into the correct slot according to your motherboard and connect the PCIe power connector and the display cable. Boot the system and then go to Nvidia's website and download and install the latest graphics driver for your setup. No need to uninstall anything.

The drivers for your iGPU are separate from the graphics card. You don't want to uninstall them and render the onboard graphics inoperable should you run into a problem with the card.
