My graphic card is : SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon™R7 370 4G D5.
I have the latest driver update and when I try to record a video for a game by pressing on " Windows + G " on windows 10 the following message appear to me:

I met the graphic card requirements , so I cannot figure out what is the issue and I know someone just to make it all clear.
