what motheboard should i get

hello, im planning to get a i7 6700k and yes im going to overclock somewhere around 4.5 ghz
my question is what motherboard should i get

Asus Z170M-PLUS or Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 3 Socket 1151 ATX Motherboard

the asus one is for £83 discount and the gigabyte one is for £96. does the gigabyte one have an adantage in overclocking or just the same features? my budget was around £90 or less but if there is a big improvment between the gigabyte and asus motherboard i might as well add an extra £6

Both boards should yield about the same overclock. The Bios is a little easier to navigate on the ASUS board for overclocking, so this may be a consideration. It's also a mATX board vs an ATX board and doesn't support SLI. The Gigabyte has a better sound solution also. I would opt for the Gigabyte given a choice.
