Power supply failing?

I've been having issues with my computer nearing 2 weeks now. At first it was randomly shutting off but very sparingly. (ex. every 3-4 days.) No BSOD. It would just shut off and instantly turn itself back on.

It's to the point now where it instantly shuts off when I attempt to load Warcraft/Overwatch etc.
It always turns back on afterwards though, automatically.

It will not shut down if it's idling or if I'm simply browsing the internet. It stayed on with no issues for over 3 days, if I wasn't trying to play anything on it. I can play games that aren't graphically intense like Terraria, or Darkest Dungeon with no issue.

WhoCrashed lists nothing when I analyze for the shutdowns.
Coretemp doesn't show anything running hot but the computer shuts off instantly if i try to run anything that would stress it.

I don't see any rendering problems or screen artifacts or anything like that while watching videos.

My video card is a Sapphire 7870. The computer also shuts off if I run Furmark to test the videocard. The PSU is 550 watt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can also link any other pertinent specs if I didn't supply enough information.

Edit: I do not have a power supply I can swap out to test it with sadly.

Solution
It does sound like the PSU, but update the graphics driver and check the CPU and GPU temps first. If these are fine, then I would get a good quality 500 watt or larger PSU like the Seasonic S12II 520 to replace it.

I've downloaded and reinstalled the latest drivers.

CPU Temp lists all cores at 30c
GPU Temp lists it as 30c aswell.

Guess I'll buy a PSU.
