I have a rig that 92nd ost 663 at new egg and wanna sell it ive only used it for 3 months how much would it be worth

PC parts lose a lot. Quickly.
Obviously, no one can say without knowing what you have.

But if it cost $663 originally, maybe $250-300 used.

USAFRet called it, don't expect a lot, the 4350 isn't a very good CPU and it's basically an entry level rig and used

It will bring whatever the market will bear, need to keep in mind it's a 3+ year old CPU (release date), a 4+ year old GPU, you don't mention the PSU brand/model, DRAM, drives... But it appears to be an unbalanced rig. Can start by asking more and then dicker on price
