So I have a HP Phoenix with the formosa motherboard and my new msi rx 470 won't work for some reason it lights up and the fans function but it won't display, the old hd 7700 works fine, I have already switched the card at the store for a new one aswell. Cleared the cmos memory and reinstalled the rx470 then the 7700 and only the 7700 will display.
