Whenever i plug everything into my motherboard and build my comp it turns on for 1 sec then shuts off but my motherboards lights stay on. I did the paper clip test on the psu and it works fine i also plugged in fans and a water cooler and it turns on. Im pretty sure my gpu is fine and im also pretty sure my ram is fine because i used 3 different types of ram that is compatible with the motherboard and is brand new. So the only thing i can think of is my motherboard is messed up.
