This is extremely annoying. It will stop connecting to the internet randomly.

I will be working on my pc and all the sudden i lose signal then i check my phone and same thing. Then i check the rest of my devices and it all says the same thing. That it is receiving a signal, but not connected to the internet. Same thing with wired connections it acknowledges it is there but not internet services.

I have verizon
Yes my bills are paid.

Does anyone know what might be going on

Solution
Is the router receiving anything from the telephone line connection? Have you looked at the router's settings to see if it can connect?

On your PC, press the Windows key and R together. In the Run box, type
cmd /k ipconfig /all
and hit Enter. The Default Gateway showing on that black form is the address of the router. Type that into the address bar of your browser as though it was a website address and log in using the details printed on the label.

Depending on the make and model, you should be able to see what the connection status is.
