Build is good, yes. I might change the PSU for a G2 over an NEX, though.

As for the cooler... It entirely depends on how your chip is binned. Some people have 6700ks that hit 5GHz by the 1.45V mark, others don't hit the silicon lottery. I've come up to 1.45V with an overclock of 4.5GHz, and I'm currently hitting thermal & VCore limits on a custom loop. IMO, the AIO wouldn't be a bad idea.

Yeah, I understand the whole silicon lottery thing, so I will just stick with the H115i and i will change the PSU now.
