Recently, I purchased gtx1060 mini. But gpu usage was 60-70% despite of low frame-rates. It got only 25fps in Rise of the tomb raider, 30fps in Fallout.
My cpu is I5 4460, psu is zm-400le.
I ordered fsp 500w a moment ago because my pc can't boot even now.
Did psu affect gpu performance ?
