So im on a really tight budget here. I want to know whats the best/cheapest graphics card for FX6300 to play Dota 2 and csgo at max settings in 1080p display. 60fps will do just fine.

FX6300
Tecware carbon case

I know that mobo will not bottleneck the cpu and gpu so im gonna cheap out on that one. I have a really old mobo from Asrock, 960gc-gs. I will replace the mobo with a 970 from asus in the future but thats the mobo for now.
Im thinking about getting an r9 270x or a gtx 750ti. But i would really appreciate it if you can suggest a better card or a cheaper card that can play the games i want.
Case can support up to 340mm graphics card.
Im from Philippines so we are talking peso here. But the budget for the graphics card is around 120 US dollars. And is it advisable to get better but used cards like gtx 960.?
And btw im not really thinking of upgrading this system.
