i have Asus H110m,
and
i want to buy new one z170m mobo

my question
z170 can help for multitasking?

Note:
my processor is i5 6500
soon i upgrade to i7 6700

Solution
the board has no impact on multitasking whatsoever
also usually a 6500 is by far enough
furthermore the only reason to get a Z170 board is for overclocking (apart from some very specific things like 3way-Crossfire or sth like that)

while the H110 is pretty basic a H170 can unleash the full potential of a 6500/6700
generally the H110 board will do fine as well and wouldn't give you any problems (apart from the 2 RAM slots and the restricted PCI lanes on the board)

Solution
Z170 will not help with multitasking.
The main help comes from more ram.
H110 will support up to 32gb because it only has 2 ram slots.

If you think you need 64gb, then a different chipset would be required.

A i7-6700 or i5-6500 work equally well on H110.
Actually, a I7 6700K will be faster than the base i7-6700 because it has higher base clocks. (4.0 vs 3.4 for the 6700)
Considering the relatively small price difference, I would go that way, even if you will not overclock.
