Service Host Local System: how many resources should it take?

I woke up my PC from standby this morning and it acted strange for a second - the avira umbrella was closed because "Windows firewall was disabled" and it rebooted by itself after a few seconds. I didn't worry because it already happened a couple of times that my PC would act weird after resuming from standby if on for some days in a row, but after rebooting I noticed Service Host Local System was taking up 30% of my CPU (i5 4690k) and 100 mb of my ram (8x1 GB).

I googled a bit about this issue, did a full MB and avira scan, did a sfc /scannow and rebooted a few times but no dice. I also noticed all the problems related to this process were much worse, with people who got their whole CPU and RAM taken over by it, so I asked myself: what if this is how many resources it's supposed to take? I don't check my active processes often, so maybe it seems weird to me only because of my PC acting up this morning and it's just a placebo.

Long story short, is this a regular amount of resources taken by scvhosts? If not, what should I to fix it?

true but like it could of detected a false positive or something normal as a threat out of the blue ? when I googled it there were a lot of post on this

see like it and windows firewall may of run in to a conflict over something when your back was turned ???

when I started using this it eliminated all that from them aftermarket 3ed party things

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14210/security-essentials-download

then maybe like 3 or 6 months I will run like malewarebites scanner to check to see if it may of missed anything so far it has not

run the free download every 3 or so months to check

like from them ''its not us'' [ya, right]...
hard to answer but a lot so say in task manager you got 4 of them listed each one will have a ''bundle '' of services running under it [right click on one and then ''go to services'' and see what services are highlighted under it maybe just one maybe several ?]

the lok each one of them services up to see if there something you need to know of if its important or can be turned off or set from auto start up to manual start up

thing is knowing what each service does and if any harm to the os could occur if fooled with and how it affect anything servicing the os or any program your using or internert services ??

then google this up ''avira umbrella '' and see a few things posted on closed ? maybe just buggy software ? all I use anymore is MSE

But avira is working perfectly after rebooting.
I have Windows updates disabled, last time I manually updated was like one and a half months ago, I'm gonna try downloading them to see if anything changes
