Your original build used incompatible memory, PSU was quite low quality, MBO also, HDD had too low capacity for that price and 750Ti is weaker than Radeon 460. If you could squeeze in an SSD for a system drive, that would be great.

As for Windows 10, you cannot transfer it as long as it is under OEM licence (and it most certainly is, for laptops).
